How It Works 
Heathrow Park & Fly
After booking online, simply drive to our designated car park where a company representative will welcome you and transport you to the airport in one of our spacious people carriers. Upon your return, just contact us via call, email, or text once you’ve retrieved your baggage, and our driver will promptly pick you up and bring you back to your vehicle.
Please note that our vehicles can accommodate a maximum of 5 passengers with hand luggage or 4 passengers with checked luggage. If your party exceeds 4 passengers and includes checked suitcases, an additional vehicle will be required, which can be arranged for a fee on the booking page. Alternatively, you can drop off your passengers at the terminal before arriving at our car park to avoid this fee.

Park & Ride Procedure
- Drive directly to our car park situated on Heathrow’s Perimeter.
- Upon arrival, meet our staff at the arrivals area who will guide you to your parking spot.
- We’ll conduct a swift inspection of your vehicle.
- Hop aboard one of our complimentary transfer people carriers.
- Our drivers will promptly transport you to your terminal within 5-10 minutes.
