Booking Your Parking Spot with Heathrow Park Fly Parking
Here’s how to book your parking with us at Heathrow Park Fly:
Making a Booking:
You can book your parking spot through our website. Once you’ve made a booking, we’ll send you an email confirmation. This email will have a reference number, which is pretty important, so keep an eye out for it!
Didn’t Get an Email?
If you don’t receive this email shortly after booking, please get in touch with our team through the Contact Us page. We must sort this out quickly.
Your Details Matter:
When booking, you’ll need to give us some key information. This includes how and when you’ll be arriving, your email address, and your phone number. Please make sure all the details you provide are correct and up to date.
Changes and Cancellations:
Sometimes, unexpected things happen. If we can’t honour your booking for any reason, we have to cancel it. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know as soon as possible if this happens. Likewise, if we need to change your booking, we’ll get in touch. And if we can’t find a suitable alternative for you, we’ll refund you.
At the Parking Lot:
When you arrive at the parking lot, please have your reference number ready. This helps us check your booking quickly and get you parked without any fuss.
Privacy First:
We value your privacy. That’s why we ask that you don’t have dash cams or trackers on in your car while it’s parked with us. If you find any cameras in your car, please tell us immediately.
Busy Times:
During peak times, we might need to move your car to a different spot to manage our space better. We always take great care of your vehicle, so you don’t need to worry about a thing.
Remember, at Heathrow Park Fly, you’re dealing directly with us – no middlemen involved. We’re here to make sure your parking experience is as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Making a Payment
When you book parking in advance, you’ll need to pay in British pounds (GBP). Remember, once you’ve paid for your booking, we can’t give the money back.
You can book your parking spot through our website. And when it’s time to pay, you can use your credit or debit card. We accept cards like Mastercard and also PayPal for making payments.
If there’s a problem and your card payment doesn’t go through, we might have to cancel your booking. So, it’s important to make sure your card is ready for use.
About Parking Fees
Sometimes, you might need to pay a bit more. This could be because you’re parking longer than planned or your vehicle is bigger than usual. Make sure to check your booking confirmation to see if there are any extra costs.
Getting a Receipt
Since Heathrow Park Fly directly provides the parking service and there’s no middleman involved, we’re the ones you’re dealing with from start to finish. However, when it comes to getting a VAT receipt, it’s a bit different. According to the rules set by HMRC, only the service provider — that’s us, in this case — can issue a VAT receipt. If you need one, just ask us, and we’ll help you out.
We’re here to make your parking experience smooth and hassle-free.
